One of my all time favs (man, this line is getting old... but it really is).
After "...And Out Come the Wolves" that was straight Punk Rock, this album is a diverse and as interesting as they come. From the classic Armstrong-Frederiksen Punk to Rockabilly and Blues, from Hip-Hop grooves to various styles of Jamaican music, such as the fast pacing Ska track "Hooligans" (featuring non other than ska-revival legends The Specials), a beautiful soulful verse by Buju Banton on the title track and the Dancehall-Calypso celebration in "Coppers", featuring Dr. Israel. Vic Ruggerio, Singer, Keyboard player and main songwriter for The Slackers plays throughout the records, and gets his co-writing and composing credits on many of the great songs on this album, so we can consider him sort of an unofficial fifth member of Rancid, especially since it's not the first time he has worked with this magnificent band.
A masterpiece... do yourself a favor and GET IT NOW
