Nov. 21st, 2006 | 08:59 am

Finally! Everything you need from this kickass Rock & Roll band. Hoping that somehow, just maybe, my friends will finally realize that this band is in fact one of the best bands to ever play the Rock, and it's THEIR T-shirts they should be buying online. Fuck yeah, have some sex and take some drugs, ALRIGHT!

Nov. 19th, 2006 | 08:55 am

Ok, so it turns out the D didn't completely sell out, and the version I uploaded was the "clean version". Thank god for the fuckin' D to release the REAL version of the soundtrack. And thank god for Electric Mud blog dude who uploaded it.

Metallica - Kill 'Em All (1983)

Nov. 16th, 2006 | 10:54 am

This is actually a punk album. Not the last good Metallica album, but definitely the last cool one. What I love about this one, is that they were not taking themselves so goddamn seriously back then, and they were thrashing like motherfuckers, even though they had probably the worst drummer in metal and a very un-inventive lead guitarist... Of course Hammett, as boring and repetitive as his playing is, somehow remains one of the sole reasons that me, and a large amount of my friends, were EVER to pick up a guitar. It's still Metallica, man. Plus, it feels really good to share their music on the net for some reason.

The Legendary Shack Shakers

Nov. 16th, 2006 | 10:35 am

Fuckin' great band. Psycho-Country-Blues-Rockabilly rebels rockin' for the three B's: Beer, Bitches and Bigass guitars. In the new album they're exploring all kinds of eastern European shit, since it's so hip to be a Gypsy nowadays. Doesn't matter. It still rocks.

More obscure Psychobilly thanks to the "lovely" Soulseek community. Yes, sometimes I have to download from nazis. But the file has been pured, you can now download it and unzip it with no fear of becoming a nazi. Good luck!

A bunch of really dumb bullshit these idiots recorded over two days in 1988. Badly played, badly written and horribly produced (Brett Gurewitz). Best fuckin' band in the world.

Dear Down(free)loaders

Nov. 9th, 2006 | 09:46 am

Well, as expected, megaupload.com, not long ago a dear friend, has become a new enemy. They now want you to install their stupid toolbar on your browser, or you'll just never see the link. And here's the "best" part: It only fits Internet Explorer! Anyway, I'm gonna need to see a show of hands here. Would you rather install that stupid piece of shit and keep on downloading from the only decent rapidshare substitute (my personal interest here is to fuck rapidshare), or will you put your foot down in protest, and not want anymore megaupload links here (which will probably slow down the updating of this journal, no matter what)?

The Dan Band - The Dan Band Live (2005)

Nov. 8th, 2006 | 01:29 pm

OK, I know for a fact that some of this blog's users are big fans of the movie "Old School", like they fuckin' should be. Well, here's a special treat: You know the band that did that fowl version of "Total Eclipse of the Heart". Yeah, so it's the Dan Band. Apparently they got signed shortly after the movie's release to Side One Dummy Records (Flogging Molly, Suicide Machines, Gogol Bordello and more). Ta-Dah, bitches.

David Allan Coe - Penitentiary Blues (1969)

DAC's debut album released shortly after he got out of jail. A must in every music libary, even if it's not a real one, but just the pretend ones most of us have on their computers.
